One to One Sessions

The first step to empowering your life is contact me to arrange your FREE 20-minute initial, no-obligation discovery call so that we can discuss what it is you would like to change and the best approach to create maximum success for you.  It also gives you a chance to ask questions, discuss fees and be sure that I am the right therapist for you, which in itself is a very important part of the therapeutic process.

You will not be under any pressure to commit to anything and indeed, any feeling of being pressurised to do so would be counterproductive. 100% client confidentiality is maintained at all times, and I am regulated by GDPR legislation and the professional bodies that I am a member off.

All the therapy modalities I work with are designed to effect change and achieve your desired result in as few sessions as possible. They are not designed to keep you client coming back over a long period of time (that is unless you want to!). For less complex issues, the desired change can be achieved in just one session.

I prefer to work with a standard session timing of up to 90 minutes (this may be less if the desired outcome is achieved in less time), as
opposed to the standard 50-minute hour, so as to maximise results and cost effectiveness for the clients too. Certain modalities, such as Belief Coding® and OldPain2Go® require a two-hour session timing. Please note that the final 10 minutes of a session are used for addressing any questions you may have and administration time.

As well as the therapeutic session itself, I also like to provide my clients with additional tools and techniques to use after the session to promote greater health and well-being.  If a course of therapy is happening, there may sometimes be ‘homework ‘given that is an important part of achieving the overall desired result and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure this is done on time, so as to not affect the session plan.

My preferred method of working is online, once again creating cost and time savings for the client, and the results that can be achieved are equally as powerful as they would be working face to face. Online Appointments are available via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or WhatsApp. Zoom is the preferred platform as it is more secure. A link will be sent to you in advance of the session and all you need to do is click on it at the time and date of your appointment, and you will be taken straight to the video call. Face to face sessions are possible at Liskeard and Penzance, though may be limited in availability.

Payments can be made via BACS transfer, or via Stripe and PayPal, and need to be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to the session to secure your booking. Cash can be paid on the day of the session, if attending face to face, by prior agreement.
