The Law of Attraction

The Law of Attraction is often associated with the New Age movement, but it has roots in ancient philosophies such as Hinduism, Buddhism, and Taoism. It has also been popularized in recent years by books and movies such as The Secret and The Power of Positive Thinking, along with the work of Jerry and Esther Hicks, and the teachings of Abraham.

The Law of Attraction is the concept that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts, one can bring about positive or negative experiences into their life. The concept is based on the idea that thoughts are a form of energy, and that through the process of “like attracts like,” a person can attract experiences that are in harmony with their thoughts. Ultimately, everything has its unique resonance, also known as frequency or vibration.

The Law of Resonance states that two or more objects that vibrate at the same frequency will tend to interact with each other. This is a fundamental principle in physics and has many applications in our everyday lives.

For example, when you play a guitar, the strings vibrate and create sound waves. These sound waves travel through the air and reach the listener’s eardrum. The eardrum vibrates at the same frequency as the sound waves, and this vibration is then transmitted to the brain, where it is interpreted as sound. Another example of resonance is the tuning fork. When you strike a tuning fork, it vibrates at a specific frequency. If you bring another tuning fork that is tuned to the same frequency near the first tuning fork, the second tuning fork will also begin to vibrate.

In addition to its physical applications, the law of resonance can also be applied to our own lives. When we focus on positive thoughts and emotions, we are essentially tuning ourselves to a higher frequency. This can attract positive experiences into our lives. Conversely, when we focus on negative thoughts and emotions, we are essentially tuning ourselves to a lower frequency. This can attract negative experiences into our lives. Like attracts like and this would explain why we keep attracting in the same themes or repeating the same patterns in our lives.

There is no scientific evidence to support the law of attraction, though Albert Einstein is considered by some to be a pioneer of modern-day principles of the Law of Attraction. He used the Law of Attraction in addition to the related principles of the Law of Vibration and the Law of Resonance in a practical sense in his experimental mathematics. However, there is lots of research to support positive thinking and visualization, and scientists like Dr Joe Dispenza and Dr Bruce Lipton are pioneers in their field, creating further evidence of this powerful phenomenon.

This is how you manifest your desires - Decide what you want. Believe you can have it. Believe you deserve it and believe it's possible for you. And then close your eyes, everyday for several minutes and visualize having what you want, feeling the feelings of already having it. come out of that and focus on what you're appreciating already and really enjoy it. Then, go into your day and release it to the universe and trust that the Universe will figure out how to manifest it.
When you understand that it's not about earning, it;s about receiving, and it's not about effort, it's about vibration, so its not about doing, it's about thinking, and it's not so much about being aware of your thoughts as it's about being aware of how you feel when you think the thought. Now you got the formula! - Abraham

Many people believe that the Law of Attraction has helped them to achieve their goals and improve their lives. There are many different techniques that people use to try to attract what they want, such as visualization, meditation, and affirmations. It is important to remember though that it is not a guarantee of success. You still need to put in the work and believe in yourself and your belief system will be pivotal to the results that you are able to achieve.

I personally love the Law of Attraction, and its principles, and always look to embody them a in my daily life and work.  It also ties in perfectly with my knowledge and understanding of the power of the mind and our belief systems.

I am Certified Law of Attraction Teacher and have also been certified to deliver a programme called Infinite Possibilities – The Art of Living Your Dreams, which combines spirituality and the Law of Attraction to create your best self and your best life.
